These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all unlimited wash plans, prepaid plans, individual wash purchases, and online account features offered by One Rock Car Wash (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in a membership or using our online account system, you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership Overview
Memberships provide unlimited washes for a single, designated vehicle. Memberships are vehicle specific and may not be shared, transferred, or used for multiple vehicles.
Memberships may be purchased:

Online through our website

In person at our location
You must maintain an active online account to manage your membership.
2. Online Account Management
Your online account allows you to:

Change your unlimited membership package
-
Update billing and payment information
-
Cancel your membership
-
Purchase individual washes for later use
-
Purchase prepaid 6 or 12month unlimited plans
-
View wash history and account activity
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including your vehicle details and payment method.
3. Recurring Monthly Memberships
If you enroll in a recurring monthly unlimited wash plan:

A valid credit/debit card is required at signup

Monthly fees will be automatically billed on your renewal date

Membership remains active until canceled
-
No partialmonth refunds are provided
-
Pricing and program terms may change with notice
If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate membership benefits until the issue is resolved.
4. Prepaid 6 and 12 Month Unlimited Plans Prepaid plans:

Are paid in full at the time of purchase

Are nonrefundable
-
Do not autorenew unless you opt in

Are tied to a single vehicle
-
Provide unlimited washes during the prepaid period
Prepaid plans may be purchased online or in person.
5. Individual Wash Purchases
Individual washes purchased online:

Are stored in your online account
-
Are nonrefundable
-
Do not expire unless required by Texas law
-
May be redeemed at our location during normal business hours
6. Vehicle Requirements & Safety
To ensure safe tunnel operation, all vehicles must meet posted requirements, including:

Height, width, and clearance limits
-
No loose parts, aftermarket accessories, or external attachments
-
Truck beds must be empty
-
Trailer hitches must be removed
We may refuse service to vehicles that pose operational or safety risks.
We are not responsible for:

Preexisting damage
-
Aftermarket accessories
-
Nonfactory parts
-
Damage caused by failure to follow posted instructions
7. License Plate Recognition (LPR)
We use License Plate Recognition to verify membership status.
License Plate Recognition
By enrolling in a membership, you consent to the collection and use of license plate data solely for membership verification and fraud prevention.
8. Membership Misuse
Misuse includes:

Sharing a membership between multiple vehicles

Attempting to bypass billing

Tampering with LPR systems
-
Providing false vehicle information
Misuse may result in immediate termination without refund.
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your recurring membership at any time through your online account or in person.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

No partial refunds are provided

Prepaid plans cannot be canceled or refunded once activated
You are responsible for submitting cancellations before your next billing date.
10. Service Availability
We may temporarily close or modify operations due to:

Weather conditions

Maintenance
-
Equipment issues
-
Compliance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations
Membership fees are not prorated or refunded for temporary closures.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, revenue, or data

Damage to vehicles that do not meet posted requirements
-
Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the membership program is to cancel your membership.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in the Texas county where our primary business operates.
13. No Sale or Sharing of Mobile Information
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
