These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online services, membership platform, and any related features (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local
laws, including Texas consumer protection and online conduct laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your online account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Site or any portion of it at any time without notice. This includes changes to membership pricing, features, online account tools, or available services. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Accuracy of Information
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, or current. You agree that reliance on Site content is at your own risk.
4. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written

5. Memberships, Payments & Billing (Including Online Account Management)
5.1 Membership Enrollment
Customers may enroll in unlimited wash plans:

In person at our location
Memberships are vehicle specific and may not be shared or transferred.
5.2 Online Account Management
Through your online account, you may:

Change your unlimited membership package

Update billing information
-
Cancel your membership
-
Purchase individual washes for later use

Purchase prepaid 6 or 12month unlimited plans at discounted rates

View wash history and account activity
You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.
5.3 Recurring Monthly Memberships
If you enroll in a recurring unlimited wash plan:

A valid credit/debit card is required.

Monthly fees will be automatically billed until canceled.

Cancellations must be submitted through your online account or in person.

Partial month refunds are not provided.

Pricing and program terms may change at any time with notice.
Failure to process payment may result in suspension of membership benefits.
5.4 Prepaid 6 and 12 Month Unlimited Plans
Prepaid plans:

Are paid in full at the time of purchase

Are nonrefundable

Do not auto-renew unless you opt in

Are tied to a single vehicle
5.5 Individual Wash Purchases
Individual washes purchased online:

Are stored in your online account
-
Are nonrefundable
-
Do not expire unless required by Texas law
6. Vehicle Condition & Tunnel Liability Notice
To maintain safe operations, the following conditions apply when using our car wash tunnel:

We are not responsible for preexisting damage, including chips, cracks, loose parts, or aftermarket accessories.

We are not responsible for damage to antennas, mirrors, wipers, moldings,running boards, or non-factory equipment.

Truck beds must be empty; trailer hitches must be removed.

Excess mud or debris may result in refusal of service.
You agree to follow all posted instructions and staff directions when entering the tunnel. Failure to do so may result in damage for which you assume responsibility.
7. Environmental & Regulatory Compliance (TexasSpecific Context)
Texas car wash operators must comply with state environmental regulations regarding
water discharge, grit trap waste, and chemical handling. While these obligations apply
to us—not to you as a user—you acknowledge that:

We may temporarily close or modify operations to comply with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requirements.

We may refuse service to vehicles that pose environmental or operational risks (e.g., leaking fluids, excessive mud).
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to thirdparty websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any thirdparty site. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect information you provide and certain automatic data (e.g., cookies) to improve your experience. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
